Our Approach to Care and Support
We provide tailored care, therapeutic practices, and regular inspections to ensure quality and safety.
Willow House is dedicated to offering a therapeutic and family-like environment where children and young people feel safe, valued, and empowered. Our home features personalised single occupancy bedrooms that reflect the individual preferences of each young person.
We utilise restorative practices and the PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy) to build meaningful connections, helping young people gain essential life skills and confidence.
Our home is designed using therapeutic neutral colours inspired by colour psychology principles, fostering a calm and supportive atmosphere.
We encourage children to personalise their spaces, promoting a sense of ownership and belonging. Daily routines provide structure while allowing flexibility for personal growth and creativity.
We prioritise:
- Encouraging self-expression and community participation.
- Supporting positive behaviours with clear and nurturing boundaries.
- Building life skills to prepare children for a brighter future.
